Volunteers Needed!
Clear vision is fundamental to a child’s learning, development, and overall well-being. Our annual vision screening plays a vital role in keeping our students healthy and thriving by helping identify potential vision challenges early on so families can get the care they need.
On October 6th from 8:45-10, we will be conducting vision screening at Eastwood and we are in need of volunteers to help with this important event (no prior experience is needed).
A quick 15 minute training for the screening will take place at 8:45 before students are called down at 9 to begin the screening.Â
Fall Carnival

Get ready for a evening of family fun at the annual Eastwood Elementary Fall Carnival on Thursday, October 8, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM! Join us on the school grounds for a great night with our school community featuring delicious options from Silver Moon Taqueria, Squatch Pizza, and Joy Pops, plus multiple bounce houses, sidewalk chalk, and plenty of fun activities for the kids.
Wristbands for unlimited bounce house play are $12 per person. Please note that this is purely a social event to bring our families together, not a fundraiser—the school and the PTA do not make any profit off wristband or food sales. Grab your family, come hungry, and get ready to celebrate fall with us!
